Curo Group is a housing association that covers Bath and Bristol. It came to us looking for a purpose that would help it work to meet the expectations of its customers, work effectively with stakeholders and residents, and ensure its employees were aligned behind and understood its desire to deliver profit with purpose. ​We worked with internal teams to create a purpose, a set of supporting principles and a core narrative that got to the heart of what Curo does and how it does it. We also provided guidance and support on messaging and communications strategy across different platforms​, to help this come to life.
