Business as unusual
12 February, 2021
What kind of leaders will help the world recover from Covid-19? Why are social entrepreneurs more important than ever? And how can we put sustainability on businesses’ balance sheets?
These are just a few of the questions being taken on by the Saïd Business School in Oxford, which is bringing together expert researchers with those on the frontline of the Covid-19 crisis in a series of discussions on business leadership in extraordinary times.
We’ve long been impressed by the Saïd Business School’s thoughtful and proactive approach to sustainability, from hosting a citizens’ assembly on climate change to underlining the links between ending Covid-19 and mitigating the climate crisis.
So, over the next few months, we’ll be working together to share highlights from its work and bring you access to its research papers, webinars and virtual discussions helping businesses respond to unprecedented turmoil.
And, as a starter for ten, this Tuesday the Business School is hosting a free online event on how capital markets can take sustainability to the next level. You can find more details here.
We hope to see you there.
