People, Planet, Pint
6 November, 2026
Working in sustainability can sometimes feel lonely. Whether you’re trying to get colleagues excited about climate action, navigating the complexities of sustainability reporting, or simply wondering how we can do things better, it can be easy to feel like you’re the only person thinking about these things.
One antidote? People, Planet, Pint: a growing network of informal sustainability meetups bringing together people who care about the planet and creating a better future. The idea is wonderfully simple: get together at your local pub, grab a pint (or whatever you fancy) and have a chat.
There are no presentations or panels, just conversations, opportunities to share ideas, exchange experiences, discover local initiatives and connect with like-minded people.
And if friendship isn’t quite enough, they’re now experimenting with a different kind of connection too. Green Flags is a pilot singles night in London for climate-minded people who’d quite like to meet someone who shares their values.
So, whether you work in sustainability, want to do something positive locally, or just fancy talking to people who get it, we reckon it’s worth finding your nearest People, Planet, Pint.
