Helping create positive change in sub-Saharan Africa

SKY Girls is a multimedia behaviour change programme for adolescent girls in sub-Saharan Africa, primarily funded by the Gates Foundation. Since 2012 it has grown from a single-market tobacco prevention programme into a multi-issue programme active in seven countries, creating change on sexual and reproductive health, financial inclusion and HIV prevention, among others. We run SKY collaboratively with local partners, combining mass media with in-person communities to reach an audience of millions and delivering proven and sustained positive impact.
