Strengthening climate resilience across a global fashion business

Working with Zimmermann, the global fashion retailer, we supported the business to understand and manage climate-related risks across its operations and value chain while preparing for compliance with the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS), aligned with IFRS S2.

We delivered a comprehensive climate risk and opportunity assessment spanning stores, logistics networks, suppliers and sourcing regions. Through stakeholder engagement, scenario analysis and a geo-location-specific assessment of operations and value chain activities, we identified priority physical and transition risks, linked climate hazards to key business metrics, built internal understanding of climate risk management, and delivered disclosure-ready outputs to support resilience planning, strategic decision-making and ASRS-aligned reporting.
