There are plenty of unique takes on how people chose to celebrate over the Christmas period; some people open presents first thing in the morning, while some start the day with a sub-zero swim. Some have a fairy at the top of the tree, others opt for a star. Some flip the table after losing monopoly, others steer clear of the board games – you get the point. One thing we (very nearly) all have in common, is that it’s a period of eating and drinking far more than we should, but who’s to say what how much is too much? After all, that’s what Christmas is all about.
